    Your responsibilities

    The Partnership Specialist owns all institutional channels — including CSPs, chambers, accelerators, banks, VCs, DAOs, accountants, consultants, and Web3 ecosystems. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling partnerships that deliver high-volume, high-quality advisor and business account sign-ups.

    The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and confident presenting kimbocorp to senior executives. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

    • Develop and manage relationships with B2B partners across Singapore and globally.
    • Conduct regular demos, workshops, and product briefings for partner organisations.
    • Drive partner-led sign-ups through campaigns, co-marketing, and shared programmes.
    • Collaborate with the Content Specialist on partner collateral and co-branded content.
    • Track partner KPIs: referrals, approvals, formalisations, and revenue contribution.
    • Maintain strong institutional relationships (VCs, DAOs, accelerators, business groups).
    • Work with the Client Specialist and Admin Manager to ensure partner referrals receive high-quality onboarding.
    • Identify new partnership verticals and expansion opportunities.

    Key KPIs

    • Partner Acquisition: 3 new active partners per month.
    • Partner-Driven Sign-ups: ≥ 30% of all account sign-ups.
    • Partner Activation: ≥ 40% of partner-referred users complete onboarding.
    • Partner Revenue Contribution: ≥ 25% of total revenue.
    • Partner Engagement: Minimum 1 partner webinar or briefing per month.
