    We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Specialist who thrives on helping users succeed while contributing to user retention and growth. You’ll be the bridge between kimbocorp and our users, ensuring a seamless experience while actively collaborating with the User Acquisition & Community Building Manager to drive engagement and retention.

    Your responsibilities

    User Support and Onboarding:

    • Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand and benefit from our platform.
    • Address user inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
    • Maintain detailed records of user interactions in the CRM system to track issues and identify trends.

    Retention and Engagement:

    • Proactively check in with users to identify challenges and opportunities for engagement.
    • Collaborate with the User Acquisition & Community Building Manager to implement user retention strategies, such as loyalty programs, webinars, or personalized content.
    • Actively participate in community discussions, offering support, answering questions, and fostering trust with users.
    • Encourage users to share feedback and testimonials to help improve the platform and attract new members.

    Upselling and Advocacy:

    • Identify opportunities to promote additional services or upgrades that align with user needs.
    • Act as an advocate for users, ensuring their voices are heard in product and service development discussions.

    Collaboration for Growth:

    • Work closely with the User Acquisition & Community Building Manager to share insights from user interactions, helping shape campaigns and community initiatives.
    • Contribute to cross-functional efforts to improve the user experience (UX) and optimize retention efforts.
