Relationship Officers must be entrepreneurial, dedicated, professional and unwavering in their pursuit of other businesses success.
Commissions and Dividends
Today's gig economy provides renumeration to individuals with interests in short-term assignments, while yesterday's economy provides renumeration to individuals familiar with the corporate world.
Our relationship officers are a mix of both gig-corporate as they will still get remunerated for work done today, but with a keen eye for elevating themselves to corporate status in the client's business.
The natural step up will be a full-time business consultant, or c-level role in the business they are mentoring, with some even earmarked to become directors and shareholders of their client's companies.

It is important for relationship officers to enjoy whom they work with and so we make it a right for Relationship officers to choose the business they want to work with. We may also suggest some companies for the relationship officers to engage with but there is no obligation to take the account.
